WOMEN’S INTODUCTION TO GOLF PROGRAM
Golf is a game you can play for a lifetime. Develop friendships and indulge in a little instruction and a lot of fun.
At Royal Canberra we aim to provide an unforgettable experience where you can learn the fundamentals of the game and meet new faces through our Women’s Introduction to Golf program.
The Women’s Introduction to Golf Program is open to non-members. This a 6 week program offered at the Royal Canberra Golf Club on Tuesday & Thursday afternoon’s. Under the guidance of our experienced PGA Professionals, you will develop new skills and build the confidence required to explore your own golfing potential.
The basic fundamentals are covered in the initial lessons and helps ensure a perfect start to your golfing journey. Our aim is to introduce you to the game of golf at a pace that suits you so that you become a confident and proficient golfer.

Our next Program will be held in Oct/Nov 2026. Registrations for the upcoming program will open mid to late August. Keep an eye on this page!
Our Feb/March 2026 Program will not be going ahead due to our Centenary Year festivities. Further information to follow.

WOMEN’S NOVICE & STEP UP GOLF PROGRAMS
Following the huge success of our Women’s Introduction to Golf Program, we are excited to introduce the next stage of our Women’s Development Pathway.
Our Women’s Scoring & Skills Program will commence the week of Monday 2nd February. This 8-week structured program, running on Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm, is designed for Novice Members looking to build stronger skills, better scoring habits and real confidence on the golf course.
For those already progressing and ready to take the next step, the Women’s Step-Up Program returns
Thursday’s at 9:30am commencing the week of Monday 2nd February.
This Program is designed for golfers committed to ongoing improvement.
